Good morning, AI enthusiasts. For two years, creative AI has been locked inside separate tools. Adobe Firefly lives in Adobe. Canva AI lives in Canva. Anthropic just broke through that wall, connecting Claude to nine creative platforms at once.
The new connectors let Claude work inside the software creative professionals already use, bridging gaps that used to require manual handoffs between apps. Could a conversational AI layer that spans the whole creative stack be the most powerful position in the design market?
In today's recap:
Claude connects to Adobe, Blender, Ableton, and more
AlphaGo creator raises $1.1B for superintelligence startup
Connect Claude to Adobe for automated design workflows
Warp goes open source, Mistral launches Workflows, and more
4 new AI tools, prompts, and more
ANTHROPIC
Anthropic brings Claude into creative professionals' tools
Recaply: Anthropic just rolled out Claude for Creative Work, adding connectors to Adobe, Blender, Ableton, SketchUp, and more. Claude Code also now sends push notifications to your phone when a task finishes or needs input.
Key details:
Connectors let Claude work inside creative platforms. Users can control Blender with plain language, batch-process Adobe assets, and automate tasks that used to need manual handoffs between apps.
The Adobe connector covers 50+ tools, including Photoshop, Premiere, and Express. Anthropic also joined the Blender Development Fund as a patron to support the open-source Python API.
The connectors are built on MCP. Other LLMs can use them too, not just Claude. Both Anthropic and Blender want open access, not platform lock-in.
Connectors are live now at claude.ai. Art programs at RISD, Ringling College, and Goldsmiths are getting early access as part of a new student and educator program.
Why it matters: Claude moving into Adobe, Blender, and Ableton is bigger than a product launch. For two years, creative AI has been stuck inside separate tools. Think Firefly inside Adobe, Canva AI inside Canva. Anthropic is betting that a layer across the whole creative stack is the stronger position. Claude doesn't replace these tools. It bridges them, and no one else owns that space yet.

Voice input for when typing slows you down
AI RESEARCH
AlphaGo creator raises record $1.1B for superintelligence
Recaply: Ineffable Intelligence just closed a record $1.1B seed round. David Silver, creator of AlphaGo and former lead of DeepMind's reinforcement learning team, is betting that AI can reach superintelligence without human-labeled training data.
Key details:
Ineffable Intelligence is pursuing reinforcement learning. The idea is to train AI from its own experience, not from internet text or human feedback. This is how AlphaGo learned to master games without being taught the rules.
The $1.1B round is the largest seed ever raised in Europe. It values Ineffable at $5.1B, with Sequoia, Lightspeed, Nvidia, Google, DST Global, and the UK's Sovereign AI Fund all backing the startup.
Silver said the company's mission is to "make first contact with superintelligence." Most frontier labs describe that goal only vaguely. Ineffable is explicit about it from day one.
Ineffable was founded in late 2025 and came out of stealth this week. It joins AMI Labs and Recursive Superintelligence in the wave of ex-Big Tech researchers launching AI labs with nine-figure funding.
Why it matters: The RLHF paradigm powering today's frontier models was built on human feedback. Silver's thesis is that it hits a ceiling. It can only teach AI what humans already know. Reinforcement learning from experience has no such ceiling. AlphaGo and AlphaZero proved this in games. Ineffable's bet is that the same principle scales to all of human knowledge. With $1.1B and backers including Nvidia and Google, the RL-first approach is no longer just academic.
GUIDES
Connect Claude to Adobe Creative Cloud for automated design workflows

Recaply: In this tutorial, you will learn how to connect Claude to Adobe Creative Cloud using the new connector, so you can automate repetitive tasks like batch image adjustments, copy generation, and multi-step exports without leaving your creative workflow.
Step-by-step:
Go to claude.ai, click the connectors icon in the sidebar, search for "Adobe for creativity," and click Connect. Sign in with your Adobe Creative Cloud account when prompted.
Open a new Claude conversation and describe your task. For example: "I have 50 product images in Photoshop that need the same color grading and export at 1080px wide for web." Claude will use the connector to access your Creative Cloud tools and suggest a workflow.
Ask Claude to write the Photoshop action or script for your task. For example: "Write me a Photoshop action that batch-applies a Curves adjustment layer with 20% contrast increase, then exports each file as PNG at 1080px wide to a /web folder." Claude produces the script and explains each step.
Download the script Claude generates, open Photoshop, go to Window → Actions, click the menu icon, and select Load Actions. Import the file Claude created. Run it on your folder using File → Automate → Batch.
Return to Claude for the next step. For example: "Now write product copy for each image, using the file name as the product name." Claude generates structured copy for all 50 products as a table you can paste directly into your CMS.
Pro tip: Keep Claude open alongside Photoshop and describe changes in plain language. Claude can update the action script in real time as your requirements change, so you don't need to re-record or rewrite anything manually.
